Vinyl wrapping, also known as vehicle wrapping or car wrapping, is a process in which a thin, adhesive-backed vinyl film is applied to the exterior surfaces of a vehicle. It is a popular alternative to traditional paint jobs, allowing for a temporary or semi-permanent transformation of the vehicle's appearance. During the vinyl wrapping process, the vehicle's original paintwork is thoroughly cleaned and prepared. Then, the vinyl film is carefully applied to the desired areas, such as the body panels, roof, hood, trunk, or even the entire vehicle. The film is stretched, heated, and meticulously smoothed out to eliminate any bubbles or creases. It can be customized with various colors, patterns, textures, and finishes, including matte, gloss, metallic, satin, or even chrome.
